Clementine Guillory

On March 15, 1925, Clementine Ann Guillory was born to the late Mitchell Guillory and Edolia Papillion Guillory of Church Point, Louisiana.She met and married Clemens George Guillory, Sr. To this union, four children were born. He preceded her in death.Ann was a self employed seamstress and owner of a clothing cleaners. She was a devote Catholic until her death. In her spare time she loved to cook, garden, do crossword puzzles as well as landscape and architecture drawing. She also loved to listen to music and enjoyed as much time possible with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.She led a full life and was surrounded by those she loved.Ann was called home on February 28th, 2008 at 9:10 AM.She is survived by one sister, Josephine Trail of Palo Alto, CA; four children, Linda M. Osborn of Modesto, CA, David M. Guillory of Eagle Point, Oregon, George Guillory of Vacaville, CA, Deirdre Guillory of Medford, Oregon; Two daughters-in-law, Dawn Guillory and Lori Guillory; Nine grandchildren, Mathew, Joel, Christopher, Nicholas, Jason, Joshua, Caleb, Nicole and Daniel; Seven great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.I closed my eyes, and fell asleep, for my father has called;Now please don?t weep. My battle is won, my burdens are goneI?m tired, my family, it?s time to go home.Mine eyes are closed, for I am going home,But remember, my family, I?ll never leave you alone.Be strong, be a family, for you are my seed,Togetherness my family, this you must heed.I Love you all, this I do say, Let Jesus be your Lord, He?ll lead the way.Remember my family, for I go not far,As the sun doth set and the night doth creep,Look up to the heavens, not very farI?ll be watching you, I?ll be that shining star.My father doth call, it?s time to go,Stay strong, be a family, and please don?t weep,For I?m just tired and need to sleep.
